iddaakolik is an informational sports-data and statistical-analysis service. We provide statistical models, probability estimates, team and league analytics, and research tools for football matches, based on historical data. The Service is provided for information, research and entertainment.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; accounts are personal and non-transferable.
Paid access is offered as monthly subscriptions (Essential, Essential Plus, Pro). A free tier with limited access is also available. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices are in Euro and include any applicable tax.
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who is the seller of record for your purchase. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the transaction. Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract our data or predictions; (b) resell, redistribute or publish our content or predictions; (c) share your account; (d) attempt to bypass access tiers or security; or (e) use the Service in any unlawful way.
The Service, including our models, datasets, text and design, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own information. All other rights are reserved.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability. Statistical estimates are inherently uncertain and are frequently wrong.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the Service or from any bet, decision or action you take. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights).
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date; continued use means acceptance.
